Our client, Kraken Robotics, mobilized their SBI profiler to conduct a depth of burial survey campaign for the Troton Knoll OWF export cable. The Navicula Star is perfectly suited for this scope, as the survey water depth ranged from 1 to 10 meters. The Mechanical Arm was mobilized on the aft of our vessel to support the project. The client was on board with 8 people, making full use of the vessel’s available space.
We first performed a MBES survey to determine the seabed conditions, followed by the depth of burial survey. This unique setup has already led to new opportunities for both our client and ourselves.
